Production Services
Our services include but are not limited to film and video production, cinematography, sound recording, post-production (editing, color, sound design, motion graphics), creative direction, scripting, and related deliverables in agreed formats. The specific scope of services, milestones, usage rights, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW), estimate, or client agreement. That agreement will supersede any general information provided on this website.
Payment Terms
Fees for our services are due as specified in the client agreement or SOW. Services may be billed on a recurring monthly retainer, project basis, or other agreed-upon structure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. All payments are non-refundable once a service period has begun.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Forever Endeavor Productions LLC and its licensors. You retain ownership of all pre-existing materials you provide to us. Any new creative work, strategies, or content developed by us during the engagement will be owned by you upon full and final payment for the relevant services.
Third-Party Services
In the course of production, you or we may use third-party platforms (e.g., cloud storage, review tools, music licensing libraries, stock footage, or distribution channels). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible or liable for the actions, policies, or performance of any third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

Forever Endeavor Productions LLC assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, typically 30 days, as outlined in the SOW. We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any material breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Forever Endeavor Productions LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be error-free, that results will be guaranteed, or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
Forever Endeavor Productions LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
